![]() ![]() When he does, hop on the platforms in front of you and Ninja-Kill the next enemy. Eliminate the guy in front of your first then use AR Mode to check when the cyborg on the left behind the corner turns around. Task: eliminate all enemies via Ninja Kill. It's actually one of the "hardest" missions to complete within the target time. With some luck and practice you will complete this first mission within the required time limit. Once the Irving is dead, Blade-Mode-cut the remaining cyborgs (switch to the Pole-Arm to refill your Fuel Cells more quickly again, do not perform Zandatsu techniques). Another option is to wait for the Irving from afar, and then counter his "charge" attack for a relatively quick finisher. If you have a chance, perform an execution. ![]() Release the charge of the Pincer Blades as soon as the Irving spawns, and then attack him relentlessly with Sky High and standard Pincer Blades attacks. If possible, equip the Pincer Blades and charge and attack with them before the enemies spawn, about in the spot where you will come to learn that the Irving spawns. The second wave of enemies will spawn in front of where you started. Do NOT perform Zandatsus just slice their body away. Then cut them all so you can kill them quickly. The first three enemies can be killed quickly with a single Blade Mode slice: approach them in Ninja Run and either tap X to stun them and lure them together, or simply Slide-Tackle towards them ( Y while Ninja-Running) and press LT while sliding to enter "Slow-Motion Blade Mode". First, three Cyborgs then four Cyborgs and an Irving. Your Sub-Weapons and recovery items stocks are set to zero when you start a VR Mission (this doesn't affect the stocks you have in Story Mode). ![]() The difficulty of VR Missions is preset, meaning that each of them is played on a specific difficulty, which influences the attack rate and power of the enemies. You can always only use the HF Blade as Main Weapon, while the Secondary Weapons are always all available (if unlocked). VR Missions are played without upgrades for your Life, Fuel Cells, weapons, and Raiden will always have his Custom Body (default outfit). Arrive at the specified waypoint without being detected: VR 006, 011, 020 Arrive at the specified waypoint: VR 003, 009, 015 Eliminate all enemies using the supplied Sub-Weapons: VR 005, 012, 017 Eliminate all enemies only using Ninja Kills: VR 002, 008, 014 Eliminate all enemies only using Zandatsu: VR 004, 010, 019 The VR Missions can be grouped "by task" in six categories: VR Missions are mostly a grinding, and will hardly require any skills to be completed within the time limit necessary to rank first the two exceptions are VR 018 and VR 019, the only two missions that will require some practice and skills more than just a strategy. The latter is not much harder than the former, since the hardest (skill-wise) missions have very generous target times, while the time will be strict only on the easiest ones. For one of the achievements you will need to complete all the 20 non-tutorial VR Missions (the tutorial ones are not necessary for the achievement, and they aren't ranked either) for another achievement you will need to place first in all the 20 non-tutorial VR Missions. ![]()
